Every licence includes 12 months. Then keep it for KES 2,000 a year or KES 200 a month by M-PESA, or let it go.

Yes. You pay KES 3,500 once and the version you buy keeps working, with no monthly fee. That is the founding price until 30 April 2027; after that Standard is KES 4,999. It includes 12 months of Hesafi Care: new versions, tax tables and 1,000 AI credits. After that, keep Care for KES 2,000 a year or KES 200 a month by M-PESA, or keep using what you have.
Free if you only need invoices and simple books. Standard if you want your M-PESA or bank statements imported and sorted, or tax workings (beta). Pro, for more than one business, isn't on sale yet.
Check before you pay. The free M-PESA to Excel tool reads your statement in your browser with the same reader Hesafi uses, and nothing is uploaded. If Standard still doesn't work for you, ask within 30 days and you get every shilling back.
No, and it doesn't file returns either. Use KRA's eTIMS tools to issue invoices. Hesafi keeps each supplier's KRA PIN and eTIMS invoice number with your purchases, and prepares tax workings (beta) that you or your accountant check and file on iTax.
Yes, on up to 3 devices per licence. Books don't sync between devices yet: you move them with an encrypted backup file.
